The Oregon state art print features towns, cities, the state capitol Salem and the state bird Western Meadowlark, as well as some of the prominent bodies of water, mountains and landmarks in the state. What sets this state illustration apart is that I've included the state's indigenous people and the areas they first inhabited. The original tribes included the Clatskanie, Tillamook and Siletz, Alsea, Siuslaw, Coos, Athabaskans, Takelma, Galice, Applegate, Shasta, Kalapuya, Klamath, Molalla, Chinook, Northern Paiute, Shoshone, Cayuse, Umatilla, Sahaptians, Cayuse, Nez Perce among others. Other tribes moved through the area but these are known as the original inhabitants.
You have your choice of four background colors and your choice of size-8x10, 11x14, and 12x16. Please state if you do not want the tribal boundaries and names-otherwise they will be on your print.
My prints are made using Epson Pigment Inks, which are guaranteed not to fade for at least 100 years. Features: • archival inks • high quality matte stock • shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube • ready to place in a frame
